Driven by the growing influence of digital platforms, I transitioned into e-commerce management. During my tenure as the Retail and E-commerce Head, I spearheaded a transformative shift to Shopify Plus, which skyrocketed sales from 1.5 million PKR/month to an astounding 25 million PKR/month. Leading a team of over 25 specialists, I implemented data-driven strategies, enhanced online visibility, and optimized customer journeys, all of which contributed to a remarkable revenue boost. My ability to adapt to emerging trends and implement cutting-edge solutions set a benchmark for success in digital business operations.
Expanding my horizons, I ventured into the UAE market, working with prominent brands like Al Bosphor Turkish Restaurant and ADEP Real Estate. In these roles, I excelled as a Marketing Manager and Leasing Manager, successfully closing high-value deals, running impactful marketing campaigns, and boosting brand recognition. My international experience enriched my understanding of diverse market dynamics and equipped me to tackle challenges in both local and global landscapes.
In 2022, I founded Blue Fragment, a digital marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses thrive in an increasingly competitive digital world. With expertise in SEO, SEM, social media management, CRM, and sales funnel optimization, I specialize in crafting strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable results.
