The Challenge
In 2018, Saif ur Rehman, through his agency Blue Fragment, transformed Saleem Fabrics from a modest brand generating 10 lakh PKR/month into a clothing industry leader earning 6 crore PKR/month by 2025. He started by designing a WordPress-based website with streamlined navigation, dynamic visuals, and global shipping capabilities. Alongside, Saif launched viral social media campaigns, crafted promotional graphics, and drove customer engagement with impactful strategies.
To diversify the brand, he developed niche sub-brands like Brides by Saleem Fabrics, Shawls Niche, Bahawalpur Pehnawa, Core Couture, and Kashmiri Tanka, each with unique branding. Operational improvements such as marketing automation, inventory management, and 24/7 support further enhanced customer satisfaction.
Saif’s innovative strategies, coupled with his expertise in digital marketing, elevated Saleem Fabrics into a global clothing giant, with proof of his contributions documented through visuals and videos from 2018.
